People are obsessed over smooth and glowing skin and spend huge amounts on buying expensive and imported products. But, still few people fail to achieve their desired skin. Our skin needs proper protection to glow.

Here are a few things that our skin wants from us;

Hydration

Hydration is very important not only for our skin but also for our body. A dehydrated person never looks fresh and active. We should drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day to achieve hydrated skin. When your skin becomes dehydrated it appears dull and dry.

Many sleeping and hydration masks are also introduced in the markets to stop our skin from being dehydrated. Spending a little on skin does not hurt anybody. The most economical and cheap way to keep your skin hydrated is drinking enough water.

Yoga And Meditation

Yoga and meditation are very helpful for the freshness of the soul. When your soul is fresh, your face looks fresh. There are many yoga poses for lowering skin. These poses improve blood circulation, give your skin a natural glow and it looks fresher than ever.

Healthy Diet

It is a famous quote “ You are what you Eat”. Eating healthy food makes your skin and body healthy. A healthy diet includes fresh fruit, vegetables, juices and salads. Including foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in your diet is the best thing you can ever do.

Always make sure to include healthy food in your diet and try to ignore having junk and fast food on regular basis.

Cleanse

Cleansing holds a major importance in skin care and is always important whether it is negativity, emotions or skin itself. Cleansing your skin at least two times a day is mandatory.

It is important to remove any excessive dirt and sweat on the skin. When you come back home after a hectic day there is junk dirt on your skin. This dirt should be cleansed before you sleep otherwise it can cause severe skin issues.

Tone

Toning helps to give your skin smooth and shiny skin. It removes the residues that cleanser leaves on your skin. It also helps to tighten your pores.

Toners are available at markets but you can make your own toners at home. Green tea or rose water are the best replacement for toners. They serve the same purpose as toners and are way cheaper than the ones you buy from markets.

Moisturizing

Your skin can not look healthy and fresh without proper moisturization. A well moisturized skin looks more glowing and shiny. Moisturization gives your skin a healthy and natural glow. Without moisturizers skin tends to become dry and over aged.

Moisturization is also very important for oily skin as well. When you do not moisturize your skin, it starts producing its own oils and skin appears more oily and sticky. Your skin grows older fast when you do not moisturize it properly.

Scrubbing

Scrubbing is done to remove a layer of dead skin cells. If it is not removed, it can clog your pores and cause serious skin infections.

Scrubbing makes your skin look more healthy, smooth and fresh. Skin should be scrubbed at least two or three times a week. Otherwise it can make your pores large and even can become a cause of acne and pimples.

Beauty Sleep

Always make sure that you get 8 to 12 hours of sleep. A good night’s sleep is very important for a fresh mind and fresh skin. When you do not sleep properly, your skin looks dull and tired.

These are the few things that your skin wants from you to glow and shine. Follow these rules and wait for your skin to amaze you with its freshness.
